Vintage wooden loom shuttle weaving boat. The crest attached indicates that it is from Preston Guild 1952 (a once-every-twenty-years festival). It's only about 16cm long, so maybe was a souvenir? From my late mother, whose parents and their ancestors worked in the Nelson mills.
